- Items returned without original tags or not in original condition
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
- Our team will review your request within 1 – 2 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Cost
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item, size, or design, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged or defective item
- An item damaged during shipping
- Or an item that is different from what you ordered
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item, at no additional cost
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or PayPal to reflect the refund in your account
