Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled.
Order modifications are only allowed before the order has been shipped. After shipment, we cannot change items, quantities, designs, or shipping details.

Return & Refund Information
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with original tags attached, and free from damage, stains, or alterations.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time from your bank or PayPal may vary.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or design, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. After review, we will offer a solution such as a refund or replacement.
Shipping Information
Total delivery time is 7 – 10 business days, including 1 – 2 business days for processing and 6 – 8 business days for transit.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.99 for all orders.
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day
We work with trusted shipping partners such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to U.S. territories or PO Box addresses.
